Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the latest announcement by Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday evening, all events at Neuadd Dwyfor have been postponed or cancelled for the time being.
We are aware that many of our users will be disappointed but we hope that you understand the situation and the dangers relating to congregating in public areas.
The Box Office team will be contacting customers who have purchased tickets for events.
We are hoping to refund orders within the next few days.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience at this time. Pwllheli Library will remain open as usual at present with arrangements being reviewed daily.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange tickets or offer a refund for tickets. If a show has sold out and there is a waiting list we can sell tickets on for you.

We can not allow admittance to anyone who arrives late unless:

We emphasise the importance of booking your tickets ahead of time or arriving at Neuadd Dwyfor when the box office opens half an hour before a performance.
The use of any filming equipment or cameras is prohibited within Neuadd Dwyfor
Neuadd Dwyfor reservesd the right to make changes (time/date) to the advertised programme
A reduction of 10% is available to parties of 10 or more
It is possible to pay for tickets with cash, credit/debit card (minimum payment of £10) or by cheques made payable to ‘Cyngor Gwynedd’
Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in Neuadd Dwyfor. Sweets, soft drinks, popcorn and ice cream are available in Neuadd Dwyfor.
Parking for one vehicle for people with disabilities is available immediately outside the the building. Extra spaces are available in the car park across the road.
The council car park is available directly opposite the building on Penlan Street.

All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult of 16 years or older.
Some of our live events have an age restriction if they contain scenes of a sexual nature or strong language. These details will be listed in our programme and/or on our website.

We offer concessions (on most events) for children under 18, full time students, Income Support ES40 and adults over 65.
